一、进行教学理论学习提升教学理念

1、青年教师教学要走向成熟，是需要一定教学理论的积淀。理论学习的方式可以是丰富多彩的，如根据当今中学英语教学的一些热门话题，根据学员教师的发展需求选择最有共性的话题开展理论学习;提供给学员教师理论学习的菜单，由学员教师有选择性地接受理论学习等方式。丰富的学习方式使以往较机械、枯燥的理论学习变得生动起来，能够消除学员教师学习的畏难情绪，循序渐进地实现“丰富教学理论—更新教学理念—提升教学品质”的目标。

2、导师组织的专家讲座使我对新课程标准下如何做一名优秀的教师有了一个比较清楚的认识：首先，必须树立正确的课程观，深层认识英语学科的功能和价值;其次，要明确课程的三维目标系统，同时还要建立大课程的观念，把英语学科和其他学科如信息技术等有机地结合起来。赵老师还通过大量生动的案例讲述了如何有效地教育学生，对我的教学工作起了积极的指导作用。

准确理解和把握教材是教师教学能力的重要体现。工作室学员配合市教科院及市区级教师进校对现行高中英语教材进行全面的解读、研究，与全市多所学校教师共同解读教学文本、分析学生的知识结构、设计教学目标、创设教学情景、选择教学方法等。名师对教材的解读更多的是立足于多年的教学经验和深厚课程理念的基础上进行的，因此，在这类交流活动中，名师对于教材的解读要有更多的学情思考，即城市与农村、老校与新校、老教师与新教师，不同教学空间、不同教师对教材使用的共性和个性的剖析，以及自己在课堂教学中的思考、解决问题过程中生成的新的教材使用理念的渗透，使教材分析和指导更加有的放矢。

三、扎根常态课堂指导教学实践

结合教学实际情况，将崭新的教学理念引入常态课堂, 这是教师非常欢迎的一种形式，也是教师专业化成长的有效途径。名师现场执教常态课，利用现代化教学设备或因地制宜地制作一些实用的教具，以流利的英语教学口语、娴熟的任务情景创设技能和丰富多彩的互动教学方法让学员教师开阔眼界，感受当前中学英语教学的最新动态，加深学员教师对新课程理念的理解。授课之后的研讨则是课堂示范的最终目的，研讨会可以以“我是怎么设计这节课的——我为什么要这样设计这节课——这节课还可以怎么上——这节课的理念对于其它课的迁移指导”的模式进行，通过名师对于自己教学思路的剖析实现“授之以渔”的目的，又通过名师与学员教师之间的对话实现了理念升华，方法内化的效果。

四、读书交流为我的课堂教学提供了理论支撑

为了提高我们的专业理论水平，导师还给我们推荐了两本教学法方面的书。我认真阅读了《第二语言阅读探索问题策略》一书中的第三章“cultivate vocabulary”, 通过对该章的认真研读，使我明白了英语课堂教学中词汇教学的一些策略，摆脱了以前领读+讲解的单一的词汇教学模式，力争做到课堂教学中词汇讲解形式多样化，更加注重词汇教学的有趣性和有效性，为我的课堂教学提供了理论支撑。

总之，名师工作室的学习为我提高教育与教学水平提供了一个非常好的平台，取得了较好的学习效果。因此我要利用好这一平台，在今后的学习中要更加努力，向导师学习，向工作室的各位同行学习，充分利用好这一资源不断提高自己的业务水平。
